Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking an Associate – Mechanical Services in Manchester to lead a multidisciplinary team across projects. You will drive delivery, manage client relationships, and contribute to bids and strategy while ensuring high quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status (CIBSE) and multi-disciplinary project delivery experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage bids/tenders.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical Services team in the Manchester location delivering high quality output.
• Oversee project delivery including time, cost, and quality controls.
• Develop and grow the national Mechanical Services team and manage client interfaces.
• Recruit, develop and engage team members across levels.
