Job summary

bet365 invites applications for a Senior Software Product Analyst within our Martech/CRM-led Marketing Tech environment. Hybrid work from home option available.

You will turn customer and marketing needs into clear product plans, define requirements, and drive improvements across direct-to-customer marketing platforms, including CDPs and CEPs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across CRM touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management with end-to-end delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech) and CRM.
• Familiarity with CDPs and CEPs in marketing technology.
• Proven ability to launch products and deliver improvements.
• Understanding of agile methods and product lifecycles.
• Strategic ability to translate business goals into product plans.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer and marketing needs into clear product plans and improvements.
• Define requirements, prioritise initiatives and deliver CRM-related value.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on CDPs/CEPs.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
• Lead cross-functional sessions and keep stakeholders updated.
