You will shape improvements to CRM-technologies, CDPs and CEPs, balancing business goals with regulatory requirements and technology constraints.

You’ll collaborate across teams to prioritise initiatives, define requirements and drive value through data-informed decisions and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and prioritise initiatives across CRM and MarTech.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch.
