Bet365 is seeking a Senior Software Product Analyst in Martech to translate customer and marketing needs into clear product plans across our digital experience. You’ll shape CRM-driven initiatives within both internal and third-party platforms, including CDPs and CEPs, to support our growth.

The role sits in Software Product Development, with a hybrid UK-based arrangement. You will define requirements, prioritize work, lead the lifecycle from ideation to launch, and collaborate with marketing

Formación

• Experience working in product management.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Technology (MarTech) with focus on CRM.
• Understanding of CDPs and CEPs.
• Proven ability to launch products and deliver continuous improvements.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and product lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Turn customer and marketing needs into clear product plans and improvements across digital experiences.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch.
• Define requirements and prioritize initiatives to deliver CRM-related value.
• Collaborate across teams and with external partners to align product initiatives with customer and business needs.
• Measure success and run trials to assess the value of products and initiatives.
