Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Senior Software Product Analyst in Manchester to turn customer and marketing needs into actionable product plans and improvements across digital experiences. You will shape CRM-focused initiatives and collaborate across teams to deliver value in direct-to-customer marketing across multiple touchpoints.

You will work on internally built and third-party platforms, including CDPs and CEPs, informed by data, insights and product performance.

Qualifications

Experience in product management with a strong MarTech CRM focus.
Knowledge of CDPs/CEPs and related technologies used to engage customers.
Proven ability to translate business goals into product plans.

Responsibilities

Support the marketing function by solving problems and delivering new capabilities
Analyse market research, competitor activity and customer trends using internal and external data
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch
Produce detailed requirements that give development teams a clear direction
Prioritise the work stack, review it regularly and identify how success will be measured
Run trials to assess the value of products and initiatives
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to align product initiatives with customer and business needs
Lead cross-functional sessions that bring teams together around clear outcomes
Challenge decisions, requirements and assumptions so different viewpoints are considered
Keep key stakeholders updated on plans, progress and upcoming release
