Job summary

Bond Brand Loyalty is seeking a Senior Martech Specialist to deliver hands-on and theoretical support across our technology stack, guiding campaigns from concept to delivery. You will work closely with client services, strategy, creative, HTML, data and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are effective and aligned with client objectives.

• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and marketing platforms.
• Experience with loyalty, affinity programs, and customer data handling.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to scope complex campaign solutions and translate requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Services, Strategy, Creative, HTML, Data and Analyst teams to support campaigns and profitability.
• Scope complex campaign solutions and document recommended data for personalization.
• Ensure KPIs and measurement requirements are integrated into campaign setup and build.
• Identify bespoke solutions and present them to Principal Campaign Manager and CS leads.
