Job summary

Bluprintx is hiring Senior Martech Consultants for Intelligent Marketing to configure, build and optimise Braze-based customer journeys for enterprise clients. You will work with client marketing, CRM and data teams to shape use cases, build campaigns, and ensure ongoing performance after go-live.

You will join a growing team delivering multi-year engagement programmes across a modern stack including CDP and data warehouses, with architects and data engineers collaborating closely.

Qualifications

• Braze certification (Certified Practitioner or higher) preferred.
• Four+ years hands-on marketing automation / engagement platforms.
• Experience building multi-channel journeys and segmentation.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for templates; Liquid templating.
• Understanding data flows from CDPs (Segment) to data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Experience with GDPR, consent management in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Run use case sessions converting goals into testable journeys.
• Build and configure cross-channel campaigns in Braze (email, push, in-app, SMS).
• Write dynamic content using Liquid and Content Blocks driven by user data.
• Set up data behind journeys: attributes, events, segments, syncs from CDP/warehouse.
• Support migrations: templates, data, journey rebuilds, cutover.
• Plan and run QA, seeds, previews, A/B and multivariate tests.
• Monitor deliverability and data flows; diagnose issues.
• Ensure consent management and regulatory controls in journeys.
• Provide documentation and training to client teams.
• Contribute to reusable BPX delivery accelerators and pre-sales scopes.
