As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will own, implement, and deliver marketing plans that drive the commercial success of our Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs), Early Enterprise Scheme (EIS), and support our quoted funds. Your focus will be on driving awareness and demand generation to increase the lifetime value of our existing clients and attract new prospects. This role will be focused on fundraising, thematic awareness campaigns, and multi-channel full-funnel activity to support fund growth and increase market share.
The team:
The retail marketing team is made up of 6 employees, one of which you will manage. It’s a team that focuses on collaboration, skills learning and feedback to ensure it’s operating at the highest level in order to support our internal stakeholders and customers. The overall marketing team is around 20 strong.
What will you be doing?
We operate in a highly regulated environment, so it’s important that this person can produce high-quality content within the financial promotion rules.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Customer & data obsessed and like to get under the skin of how our clients think.
Experience working across investments: financial service, tax, business relief, AIM market.
People management experience.
Bold and not afraid to test, learn, and innovate.
