Role:

1. Lead multi-channel digital campaigns, email marketing, and engaging social content with support from the digital agency.
2. Optimize the company website for SEO and exceptional user experience.
3. Take the lead on photoshoots, videos, and product launches.
4. Maintain the brand story across all touchpoints with consistency and flair.
5. Plan and deliver trade shows and events across the UK and Europe.
6. Manage and motivate a talented marketing team while collaborating across departments.
7. Oversee marketing budgets, monitor spending, and measure ROI to inform decisions.

The Candidate:

1. Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, email strategy, analytics, and content planning.
2. Proven copywriting and editing experience.
3. Experience managing creative projects, including events and photoshoots.
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Dynamics 365, and MS Insights.
5. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
6. Experience within interiors, design, or luxury brands is a bonus but not essential.
