We’re looking for a marketer who can do more than basic brand management. Someone who can shape the narrative, drive campaigns, and understands that marketing isn’t just about putting out content - it has to make a commercial impact.
You’ll be involved in everything from client pitches and internal comms to digital media, direct mail, POS, fulfilment, and creative services. We want someone who works across the business, challenges the status quo when needed, and brings a bit of energy to every campaign.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the marketing strategy - Own the plan. Set the tone. Keep things aligned with real business goals.
Craft campaigns that matter - Ideas that actually land with customers and drive results - not just likes and impressions.
Guard (and grow) the Sterling voice - Everything we put out (online, offline, client-facing, internal) should feel sharp, consistent, and unmistakably Sterling.
Collaborate across the business - From sales and digital to fulfilment and design - marketing doesn’t live in a silo here.
Brief and steer creative - Get the best out of designers, writers, and developers - without micromanaging.
Own the channels - You won’t write every word, but you’ll know what belongs where - and why.
Track what’s working - Look at performance, learn from it, and adjust. We like data, but only if it’s telling us something useful.
Spot opportunities - New audiences, smarter processes, untapped ideas. If it’s worth chasing, we’ll back you.
Stay switched on - Trends, tools, platforms, culture - keep your radar on and your thinking sharp.
