UK Marketing Manager - SaaS (Influencer Marketing Software)

We’re excited to partner with a fast-growing SaaS company aiming to become the UK’s leading influencer marketing platform. Backed by a major European tech group, they are already a market leader across multiple EU regions, trusted by global brands like Coca-Cola, Netflix, Sézane, and Publicis. They are now focusing on accelerating UK growth with their first dedicated marketing hire.

Role Overview

As the UK Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in raising awareness, building credibility, and creating partnerships within the UK. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will collaborate closely with the UK sales team and global marketing to shape the company's presence through content, PR, events, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Position the platform as the leading UK influencer marketing solution through storytelling, PR, and partnerships.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and develop localized content such as blogs, reports, and whitepapers.
• Secure speaking engagements and media opportunities to enhance brand authority.
• Build relationships with media, industry bodies, and event organizers to amplify messaging.
• Represent the brand at UK events like MadFest, AdWeek, and SXSW London.
• Create region-specific marketing collateral in collaboration with sales.
• Foster community within the UK influencer marketing space, connecting agencies, associations, and creators.
• Work in a lean, agile environment, using a test-and-learn approach to optimize impact.
• Maintain brand visibility throughout long sales cycles with consistent campaigns.
• Own and shape the UK market for now, focusing efforts regionally.

Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years’ experience in marketing, PR, or branding, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or Influencer Marketing.
• Strong storyteller and content creator with knowledge of the UK media and influencer landscape.
• Strategic yet hands-on, capable of building brands with minimal infrastructure.
• Collaborative, especially across PR, partnerships, and sales teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to build something meaningful in a competitive environment.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up settings, comfortable launching brands in new markets.
