Robert Half are looking for a interim Senior Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC, for a client of ours based in Banbury. As Senior Marketing Manager you will have overall responsibility for a marketing team of 4 and will be expected to continue to contribute to marketing strategy and developments. Working across several core brands, you will work with the wider business to communicate the direction of marketing, maintain and develop agency relationships and ensure the effective day to day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the UK Marketing operation
• Team Leadership - regular catch ups, coaching & development.
• Work with SLT to understand commercial needs of the business
• Stakeholder management & representation in meetings
• Budget Management - setting budgets, monthly reviews with financing, management and allocation of budgets
• Agency Partner Management - project management and mapping, media planning
• Strategic planning and setting marketing direction
• New product launches and customer planning

Person Specification

• Demonstrable experience in a lead marketing role
• People management skills, ability to train and develop
• Experience of working with agencies
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
