We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver impactful campaigns across the full marketing mix. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing activity, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring all projects land on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent people management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for performance-driven marketing. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Lead, motivate and manage the marketing team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support and development.
Foster a positive and creative team culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, PR, and offline channels.
Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to brand and quality standards.
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that support business objectives.
Align marketing plans with commercial goals and key business priorities.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise ROI.
Provide regular analysis and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, support initiatives, and maximise impact.
Present marketing strategies, campaign updates, and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
cMinimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing management or similar leadership role.
Proven track record delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
Experience managing people, projects, and performance.
Strong understanding of the full marketing mix (digital, content, PR, social, offline).
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Comfortable using marketing data and insights to inform strategy and optimise performance.
