Are you a dynamic and innovative financial services professional looking to make a significant impact in a forward-thinking organization? We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team to drive the development and execution of our growth and digital marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing acquisition marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Leading the creation and delivery of impactful campaigns, collateral, content across various online & offline channels.
• Leading on the delivery of marketing plans for the launch of new propositions.
• Leading the development of ideas and innovations to support sales lead generation through collaboration with the Sales team.
• Overseeing and optimising digital marketing channels, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identifying and developing techniques and channels to support business targets.
• Utilising digital marketing tools to optimise the sales funnel.
• Managing external agencies to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Measuring and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the marketing and sales team and other departments.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in a related discipline such as Marketing / Communications / Business or equivalent in experience.
• Proven experience of managing & developing integrated marketing campaigns to focus on B2B acquisition marketing & growth strategy planning.
• Extensive experience of defining the strategy & plan for digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Channel knowledge for reaching target markets.
• External agency management, experience of leading & developing relationships with creative & digital agencies.
• Demonstrable collaboration, communication, presentation and relationship building skills with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
