This position is part of the Global Marketing Department located in Fargo, North Dakota, USA and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the global marketing team and report to the Sr. Director, Global Marketin g You will lead the global marketing strategy for Aldevron, overseeing a team of marketers across different regions. This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and positioning our company as a leader in the CDMO industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity for:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive growth
• Lead the Marketing workstream of a top policy deployment initiative to drive growth in our research grade product and service offering.
• Monitor key performance indicators and manage marketing budgets to optimize efficiency.
• Report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.

Team Management and Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketers globally, ensuring alignment and collaboration across regions and departments.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.

Brand Development and Market Positioning:

• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and communicating our message, voice, and values in all marketing programs.
• Strengthen the company's position as a trusted partner through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement through multi-channel marketing efforts.

Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence:

• Gather and analyze market insights to design strategies that expand opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales and business teams to deepen understanding of client journeys, analyze customer segments, competitors, business trends, and market opportunities.

Content Creation and Implementation:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and implement marketing content across multiple channels, including digital, web, video, print, presentation decks, white papers, and other communications to support marketing campaigns.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5 or more years of experience developing marketing content within the life sciences, successfully implementing marketing plans, and interfacing with customers in molecular biology or life sciences product areas.
• Fluent English written and spoken communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to travel up to 15 %.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Advanced degree in molecular biology, cellular biology or related discipline
