Future PLC in Bath is hiring a Commercial Finance partner to join our B2C Marketing leadership team. You’ll help establish a data-driven investment framework to evaluate marketing returns, CAC, and lifetime value across subscription channels.

Daily you’ll track spend, prepare monthly performance reporting, and build dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Looker, partnering with Brand and Subscriptions Finance teams to align marketing spend with our strategic priorities.

Qualificações

• Commercial finance experience analysing marketing spend, campaign ROI, or commercial performance datasets.
• Ability to build financial models, forecasts, or reporting dashboards using Excel/Power BI.
• Understanding of subscription business models, CAC, and LTV metrics.
• Proficiency with data tools like Looker or Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary finance partner to Marketing leadership, delivering constructive commercial insight and strategic planning support.
• Build data-driven marketing investment frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting, spend tracking, and long-term budget forecasting across marketing channels.
• Partner with Brand, Commercial, and Subscriptions Finance teams to align marketing spend with overall commercial strategy.
• Develop reporting dashboards and financial tools to improve visibility of marketing ROI and retention metrics.
• Evaluate marketing investment options across brands to optimize commercial returns and support subscription growth.
