Job summary

The Caravan and Motorhome Club is seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel B2C campaigns with a strong CRM focus. You will manage brief development, content creation, segmentation, deployment and reporting across channels including email, newsletters, app push, SMS and club magazine.

Working with Marketing Managers and product owners, you will define plans, monitor KPIs, and optimise activities.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in a related field, or equivalent practical marketing/CRM experience.
3+ years delivering multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns with a strong CRM focus.
Experience across digital media channels for campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritise and meet deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder management.
Numerically literate with ability to interpret data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

Campaign management and execution across CRM, Email, newsletters, app push and SMS.
Collaborate with Marketing Managers and product owners to identify focus areas.
Create marketing communication plans with channel owners to meet deadlines.
Proofread and liaise with teams to ensure accurate information across media channels.
Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and optimise future activity.
Assist with budget management, ensuring POs and invoices are processed timely.
