Job summary

The Caravan and Motorhome Club is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive for a 12-month FTC to drive impactful CRM-driven campaigns. You will work with product managers, the marketing team and external agencies to target member segments and support personalised communications that boost engagement and bookings.

Reporting to the UK and Overseas Marketing Manager, you will manage campaign execution across channels (CRM, Email, newsletters, app push, SMS), develop briefs, monitor KPIs, and help with

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a related field, or equivalent practical marketing/CRM experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns with a strong focus on CRM.
• Experience of working on marketing campaigns across a range of digital media channels.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns at once, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management and execution of marketing campaigns ensuring use of the most effective communications channels, including CRM, Email, E-newsletter, Club magazine, App push notifications, SMS.
• Work with Marketing Managers and product owners to identify focus areas and drive marketing performance.
• Create marketing communication plans and manage liaising with channel owners to meet deadlines.
• Write and present marketing briefs for internal and external agencies.
