Clearly Jobs Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Data Scientist - Marketing to own marketing measurement and modelling across 60+ countries, reporting to the Head of Data and collaborating with the Performance Marketing team.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing Science, Data Science, Experimentation, and AI-enabled analytics, with responsibility for MMM, incrementality, and LTV modelling, influencing where marketing budgets are invested.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with MMM, Incrementality testing, Lift studies, Geo-testing and Marketing experimentation.
• Strong statistical background covering hypothesis testing, causal inference, power analysis, sample size calculation and regression modelling.
• Strong SQL skills and Python experience (pandas, scikit-learn, scipy, statsmodels).
• Experience with modern analytics stacks and the ability to communicate technical concepts to marketing stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI to improve experiment design and analytical processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company’s Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).
• Design and validate robust marketing experiments including lift tests and geo-experiments.
• Improve attribution and signal quality, considering privacy changes.
• Develop customer lifetime value (LTV) models and uplift models.
• Translate model outputs into actionable budget recommendations.
