Job summary

Clearly Jobs Ltd. is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to own the organisation’s marketing measurement and MMM framework. You will shape how acquisition budgets are allocated, design experiments, and deliver insights to optimize spend across channels.

The role requires strong stats, SQL, Python, and experience with modern data platforms, with fully remote working within the UK and a focus on growth and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in Marketing Mix Modelling or marketing measurement.
• Experience with incrementality testing and geo experiments.
• Excellent statistical knowledge including causal inference and experimental design.
• Advanced SQL and Python for analysis and modelling.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and cloud analytics platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing, attribution methodologies, and privacy-related measurement challenges.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• LTV modelling experience is a plus.
• Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing Mix Modelling framework to evaluate channel performance and costs.
• Design and measure incrementality experiments and geo-based tests.
• Improve attribution and signal quality under evolving privacy rules.
• Build and maintain Customer Lifetime Value models to guide bidding and forecasting.
• Translate complex statistics into actionable recommendations for marketing teams.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to optimise budget allocation.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation.
• Contribute to experimentation standards across the data function.
