Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Consultant for the UK & Ireland Public Sector and Education Marketing Cloud Sales team. The role focuses on delivering engaging presentations, demos and campaign plans, with AI fluency and MC Expertise to accelerate customer value.

The candidate will partner with a cross-functional team to understand client needs, craft compelling demonstrations, and drive adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across government and education accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role (Solution Consultant, Consultant, Project Lead) ideally in marketing technology.
• AI fluency: experience using Codex, Claude Code or any other AI tool to code / configure / craft assets is a strong plus.
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Marketing Cloud Next (Certification is a plus).
• Plan and implement targeted engagement campaigns with an extended team.
• Strong client discovery to ensure solutions address business challenges.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for boards, CMOs and senior officers.
• Storytelling to bring customer engagements to life with compelling content.
• Results-driven mentality to maximize Marketing Cloud messaging impact.
• Agility to handle multiple concurrent engagements.
• Autonomous self-starter able to prioritise tasks.
• Up to date with trends in customer marketing, martech, experience and engagement.
• Passion for continual personal development.
