Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to support the UK&I Public Sector and Education Marketing Cloud Sales team. You will craft compelling presentations and demonstrations, translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, and work across client engagements to drive outcomes.

You will bring hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Next, and a track record in the public sector or education domains, showcasing strong storytelling and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Solution Consultant, Consultant, Project Lead)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Marketing Cloud Next
• Public sector or education sector experience preferred
• Up-to-date knowledge of customer marketing trends, martech, and customer engagement
• Strong ability to present to executives (CMOs and senior officers) and to tell compelling stories to demonstrate solutions

Responsibilities

• Support UK & Ireland Public Sector and Education Marketing Cloud Sales team
• Create and deliver solution demonstrations and presentation content
• Lead client discovery to identify business challenges and craft tailored Salesforce solutions
• Plan and implement targeted engagement campaigns with cross-functional teams
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud offerings and trends
