Job summary

Salesforce UK Limited is seeking a Solution Consultant with a focus on Public Sector Marketing Cloud to support UK & Ireland teams. The role emphasizes delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations, leveraging AI tools to craft assets, and collaborating with extended teams on targeted campaigns for government and education clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a related role, strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving results

Qualifications

• A proven track record of success – ideally a minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Solution Consultant, Consultant, Project Lead, in marketing technology).
• AI fluency: experience using Codex, Claude Code or any AI tool to code / configure / craft assets.
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Marketing Cloud Next (Certification is a plus).
• Able to plan and implement with an extended team for targeted engagement campaigns.
• Strong client discovery skills to tailor presentations to business challenges.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for audiences from teams to CMOs.
• Storytelling ability to bring customer engagements to life with impactful content.
• Results-driven mentality to maximize Marketing Cloud messaging impact.
• Agility to adapt to change and manage multiple engagements.
• Autonomous self-starter with up-to-date industry trends.
• Appetite to innovate Salesforce solutions and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Present to audiences ranging from operational marketing and IT teams to C-Level executives and public servants.
• Deliver memorable presentations and demonstrations while supporting discussion of marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with UK & Ireland Public Sector and Education Marketing Cloud Sales teams to plan campaigns.
• Engage in deep client discovery and tailor demonstrations to identified business challenges.
