Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to lead Marketing Mix Modelling and experimentation, driving profitable growth for a fast-growing travel marketplace. You will own MMM, design incrementality tests and build LTV models while collaborating with the data team to refine attribution and budget decisions.

An AI-native approach is encouraged to speed insights and outcomes. You will work remotely within the UK, leveraging SQL and Python to translate complex analyses into clear business

Qualifications

• Strong MMM and incrementality testing experience.
• Expert SQL and Python for analysis.
• Understanding of paid media attribution and privacy impacts.
• Experience building LTV models and CAC/payback insights.
• Ability to translate analytics into commercial recommendations.
• AI-native approach to speed up insights with guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing Mix Model to measure channel effectiveness and CAC.
• Design incrementality experiments and holdout testing.
• Build and maintain LTV models to inform bidding and profitability.
• Improve marketing attribution and adapt to privacy changes.
• Translate results into actionable recommendations for marketing.
• Collaborate with data team to strengthen experimentation methodologies.
• Leverage AI to accelerate analysis and automate recurring insights.
