Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Market Demand Planner in the United Kingdom to own unconstrained demand forecasts for a multi-market cluster using SAP IBP. You will challenge forecasts, cleanse data, and coordinate with Demand Planning Analysts to improve accuracy.

You will lead S&OP/DMR processes, secure sign-off from Market Directors, and align market plans with global standards while supporting cross-functional teams and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Be able to work with an international team remotely.
• Working knowledge of a Supply Chain (specific DP background better).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong IT skills i.e. Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• SAP-IBP / SAP knowledge desirable
• Education requirements (degree level educated)
• Very good communication skills
• Organizational skills to handle workflow and deadlines
• Demonstrated Competencies: Teamwork and Team management

Responsibilities

• S&OE Demand Control: monitoring month pacing and managing weekly forecast variances, risks, and opportunities.
• S&OP Demand Management Review (DMR).
• Collaborate with DP Analyst on forecast accuracy and bias reduction.
• Prepare pre-DMR & DMR packs and obtain sign-off from Market Business Director.
• Drive market execution by partnering with commercial teams and customers on planning approaches.
• Participate in Display Planning activities alongside the Supply Planning team.
