Job summary

POP MART UK LIMITED is seeking an experienced S&OP/Demand Planning professional to lead the monthly S&OP cycle for Europe. You will collect inputs from country teams and marketing, validate forecasts, and drive alignment across supply, logistics, and finance to ensure inventory health.

The role requires 3+ years in S&OP or demand planning, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English. Experience with SAP and planning systems is preferred; based in the UK, with cross-country collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply planning.
• Solid understanding of the European market supply chain and EU logistics model.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with SAP or planning systems.
• Fluent English for regional meetings and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, inventory balancing, and executive consensus review for Europe business.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate sales forecasts from country teams, marketing, and key account channels; continuously improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor regional inventory turnover, safety stock, OTIF, and supply bottlenecks; propose inventory optimization plans to avoid overstock and stockout.
• Align the factory supply plan, warehouse allocation, and logistics arrangement according to regional demand fluctuation and seasonal peaks.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and manufacturing to resolve supply-demand gaps.
• Track the midterm market trend, promotion plan, and new product launch schedule, and ensure supply readiness.
• Prepare a monthly S&OP performance report, highlighting risks, gaps, and improvement actions for regional leadership.
