Job summary

Monster Energy, via The Advocate Group, seeks a Demand Planner to own demand forecasting across several EMEA markets. You will work with commercial teams, distribution partners and supply chain to keep products aligned with market needs and customer demand.

Responsibilities include maintaining SAP IBP forecasts, leading demand reviews, monitoring KPIs, and supporting new product launches while driving forecasting improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in demand planning.
• Solid understanding of demand planning principles and KPIs.
• Experience with SAP IBP or SAP APO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecast across multiple markets in SAP IBP.
• Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial teams and customers.
• Analyse forecast accuracy and KPIs, identify trends and variances.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders with clear communication.
• Identify stock-out risks and obsolete stock; propose solutions.
• Support new product launches and market changes with demand insights.
• Contribute to forecasting process improvements and S&OP agenda.
