Electrolux Group in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to own the end-to-end demand plan, supporting service levels, inventory, and financial targets. You will lead the UK & Ireland Demand Planning team (4 direct reports), drive the Demand Review and IBP processes, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply to deliver consensus forecasts.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning.
• Previous people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand planning processes.
• Experience working with SAP IBP Demand Planning or comparable planning systems.
• Advanced analytical skills and strong business acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
