Monster Energy is seeking a proactive Demand Planner to own forecasting across multiple markets within the EMEA region. You will drive monthly reviews with commercial teams, analyze performance, and manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product availability.

You will partner with NPD, supply planning, and commercial teams to support launches and evolving demand, while advancing forecasting processes and the S&OP agenda.

Qualificações

• At least two years of experience in demand planning.
• Experience with SAP IBP or SAP APO.
• Strong Excel skills and data interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain and customer-facing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Forecast: Maintain demand forecasts in SAP IBP reflecting market intelligence across a 3-year horizon.
• Drive Demand Reviews: Lead monthly demand review meetings with commercial teams and customers, challenging assumptions.
• Analyse Performance: Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs, identify trends and escalate risks.
• Manage Stakeholders: Build relationships with internal teams and external partners for clear communication.
• Protect Product Availability: Identify stock-out risks and obsolete stock, develop cross-functional solutions.
• Support Business Growth: Partner with NPD, supply planning and commercial teams for new launches and market changes.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to forecasting processes and the wider S&OP agenda.
