Intertek Global is seeking a Marine Environmental Consultant to lead and contribute to environmental studies across EIA, SEA and HRA for subsea cables, offshore renewables, and oil and gas sectors. The role emphasizes technical leadership, strong project management, and the ability to deliver successful tender submissions.

You will work within a global network to shape sustainable solutions, driving the low-carbon transition and responsible development across marine energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree/Masters in a relevant discipline (environmental sciences or similar).
• Experience in ornithology, underwater acoustics, marine ecology, or related assessments.
• Experience in subsea cables, offshore renewables, or oil and gas sectors.
• Track record in technical leadership of project teams.
• Experience delivering consenting and environmental assessments for marine energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage a wide range of environmental studies (EIA, SEA, HRA).
• Lead projects across subsea cables, offshore renewables, and oil & gas.
• Develop consultancy solutions toward a low-carbon future.
• Engage with stakeholders and maintain effective liaison within Intertek network.
