Job summary

Babcock at Rosyth is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead the international commercial strategy and deliver cutting-edge marine engineering solutions. You will translate technical concepts into compelling proposals and build trusted relationships with shipowners, operators and senior technical stakeholders.

The role covers tendering, risk management, and governance across the win lifecycle, with travel to international locations and two on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent marine engineering qualification.
• “Applicants with senior marine roles are encouraged.”

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the commercial strategy and tendering processes.
• 2. Build strong relationships with shipowners, operators and senior technical stakeholders.
• 3. Develop technically compliant and competitive submissions across our product portfolio.
• 4. Manage risks and opportunities across the business-winning lifecycle with governance.
• 5. Promote commercial compliance and due diligence activities.
