Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an Engineering Portfolio Business Development Manager to support the Sales Team in identifying and developing new plant and marine business opportunities within an assigned product portfolio. The role requires deep engineering knowledge and strong collaboration with customers and AVEVA teams.

The candidate will drive value propositions, benchmarks, and market insights, while building a credible pipeline and contributing to growth in the engineering segment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English language (oral and written) is required.
• Deep engineering domain knowledge within Plant and Marine Engineering and related products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and customer-facing engagements.
• Ability to support value propositions by providing benchmarks and quantitative benefits.
• Self-driven, proactive, with ability to develop and convert opportunities into pipeline.
• Ability to articulate technical differentiation in a marine context.

Responsibilities

• Provide domain knowledge to help the Sales Team identify, qualify and close new Engineering business for AVEVA.
• Motivate and support regional sales teams to identify and develop new plant and marine business opportunities.
• Collaborate with AVEVA Partner/ Channel teams, Pre-Sales Consultants, and regional marketing to drive opportunities.
