What will you be doing?

You'll be at the heart of our Global Advanced Wound Management (AWM) engineering efforts, developing and implementing strategies that ensure our products, processes and supply chains are robust, reliable and adaptable. You'll lead complex change initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. From concept to completion, you'll guide cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results; your work will directly impact business continuity and product quality. You'll be solving complex problems, introducing product to new markets to support continued growth and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards.

Here\'s a Snapshot Of What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Leading the development and implementation of strategic projects across a vast AWM portfolio of products & manufacturing sites.
  • Managing complex changes through the change control process while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation quality.
  • Providing engineering support across the AWM network and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Delivering key project updates to senior stakeholders to ensure our AWM roadmap is delivered.
What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver. You\'ll need to bring deep expertise in engineering and a passion for continuous improvement. You\'ll be confident managing large-scale projects and inspiring others to deliver excellence.

  • Proven experience in engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced degree in engineering or science, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in process validation, change control and project planning tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently with a strategic mindset.
