Turner Lovell is inviting a senior Managing Quantity Surveyor to drive the commercial function across major power and infrastructure projects in the UK. You will own cost management, forecasting, cash flow and profitability, working with project managers to align commercial and delivery goals.

The role demands a strong track record in high-value projects, NEC contract knowledge, and the ability to deliver detailed financial forecasts and reports to senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Strong commercial background in power, utilities, civils or major infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing £50m+ projects in relevant sectors.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts in infrastructure environments.
• Forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting and cash-flow management experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

• Lead all commercial activity across major utilities and civils projects.
• Set and manage budgets; ensure costs align with business objectives.
• Lead valuation and cash-flow planning, including cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Produce accurate commercial reporting for senior stakeholders.
