Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a post-contract commercial role in the UK infrastructure business. You will administer NEC3-oriented contracts, monitor cost performance and cash flow, and help ensure projects meet governance and programme objectives.

You will work with client and contractor teams, prepare final accounts, manage changes, and improve forecast accuracy. A relevant degree or equivalent and professional body membership or progress toward it are

Qualifications

• NEC3 contract management experience preferred.
• Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Membership of a professional body or working towards it.

Responsibilities
