Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Contract Manager with a Quantity Surveyor background to lead contract management and change control on major UK infrastructure, energy and resources projects. You will work with senior stakeholders, suppliers and project teams to ensure governance, cost certainty and risk management.

You will drive commercial performance, oversee variations, claims and procurement support, and contribute to delivering high-value outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Management or Commercial Management on infrastructure or energy programmes.
• Delivery of major infrastructure or energy projects with complex contracts.
• Strong cost management, forecasting and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management and change control across major projects.
• Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance.
• Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support.
• Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Drive value, performance improvement and successful commercial outcomes.
