Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager to lead workforce transformation programmes across varied sectors in the UK, shaping strategy through execution. You will drive enterprise-wide change, influence senior stakeholders and oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions with credibility and impact.

You will also contribute to evolving service offerings, build long-term client relationships, and mentor rising leaders while advancing business development and market

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale workforce transformation programmes and selling on to further work.
• Experience and best practice using AI in learning ecosystems.
• Experience and best practice implementing learning technology.
• Experience managing teams and multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments.
• Building productive client relationships with senior leadership to identify opportunities.
• Business development experience driving new business and go-to-market initiatives.
• Brand and market eminence; being a visible business leader in the consulting community.
