In this role, you will be a leader in ADP's UX Research team, reporting to the head of UX Research, where you will identify and conduct various research methods to inform the development of ADP's Human Capital Management solutions, impacting employees and practitioners worldwide. You and your team will serve as the voice of users, collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and developers. Your goal is to understand user needs better through data analysis and key questions that guide product and design decisions. You help developers understand their clients to build better products.
You should be proficient in team leadership and coaching, engaging your team actively and measuring success. You know how to craft research strategies using qualitative and quantitative methods, explain your approach to build trust, and adjust plans as needed. You identify challenges and mitigate risks by aligning with your leader. You prioritize tasks and lead your team through changes smoothly.
Most importantly, you listen with empathy, prioritizing client needs in solutions. You communicate research insights effectively and align stakeholders with actionable findings. Your guidance, supported by data, helps identify new opportunities and achieve outcomes. You focus on developing your team members' growth and fostering a positive team culture.
