Responsibilities:

• Deliver A/B testing roadmap, enhance user experience, and optimize the website to improve conversion rates.
• Manage the overall CRO and UX strategy for the flagship eCommerce website.
• Collaborate with specialist agencies, third parties, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of UX/CRO initiatives and testing roadmap.
• Develop and implement reporting frameworks for CRO and UX changes.
• Provide regular updates on KPIs and progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an optimisation role.
• Extensive knowledge of conversion rate optimisation, web analytics, and user experience disciplines.
• Experience with A/B and Multivariate Testing (MVT).
