Job summary

HSBC in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Third Party Management within Global Procurement. You will oversee a distributed team, engage senior stakeholders and drive governance, risk and controls across the end-to-end TPM lifecycle.

You will coordinate due diligence, onboarding, contracts and performance management, embedding the Global TPM Framework and supporting regulatory submissions. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of UK financial services regulations.
• Experience in third-party management lifecycle (due diligence, onboarding, contracts, performance).
• Ability to lead change and improve processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Confident senior stakeholder management and communication across functions.
• Governance, risk and control capability with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and co-ordinate third-party management across in-scope entities.
• Act as main point of contact for third-party matters with local and regional stakeholders.
• Lead and support Relationship Manager team (3 members).
• Oversee third-party risk, due diligence, onboarding, contracts and performance management.
• Manage uplift and remediation, keeping actions on track and reducing overdue items.
• Partner with Risk, Resilience and business functions to embed the Global TPM Framework and support regulatory submissions/notifications.
• Improve governance, reporting, training and processes; provide executive reporting and practical guidance.
