Be Shaping The Future UK is seeking Manager/Senior Manager level consultants to support the delivery and embedding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) change within a complex, regulated banking environment.

This is a delivery-focused role that suits hands-on transformation work over purely advisory or BAU oversight, with exposure to senior stakeholders across Risk, Procurement, Operations, Technology and Compliance in a large global programme.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Banking or Management Consulting background.
• Proven Non-Financial Risk (NFR) experience with hands-on TPRM delivery.
• Credibility engaging with senior regulators, assurance teams.
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with policy-to-solution skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TPRM change and transformation within a large financial services organisation.
• Support design, implementation, and embedding of TPRM operating models and governance.
• Develop end-to-end third-party risk processes with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Support regulatory and audit outcomes through practical, delivery-led solutions.
• Operate effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders and tight regulatory expectations.
