Job summary

CoreWeave’s London office seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to scale our Operations recruiting pods, partnering with senior technology leaders and TA leadership to design and execute hiring strategies across multiple teams and levels.

You will build and lead a team of specialized recruiters, own full-funnel performance from intake to offer, and directly handle senior or hard-to-fill searches as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with technical focus
• 3+ years leading recruiters/sourcers with coaching and accountability
• Experience building scalable recruiting processes in pod-based or embedded models
• Proficient with data and recruiting tech: Greenhouse, Lattice, TA dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve hiring strategies for your pods across teams and levels
• Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters and sourcers
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior operations leaders on roles, levels, and prioritization
• Champion a world-class candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
• Leverage data to improve pipeline, capacity planning, time-to-fill, and quality of hire
