CoreWeave in London is seeking a senior full-cycle recruiter to run searches across Revenue, GTM, and G&A, partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring plans and deliver vetted pipelines on tight timelines. You will own end-to-end hiring, intake, calibration, sourcing, assessment, and offer strategy, with cross-functional collaboration across People Ops, Finance, and Legal.

You’ll use data to forecast timelines, improve pass-through quality, and manage a high-growth tech recruiting

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech.
• Experience recruiting GTM and G&A roles.
• Ability to calibrate and scope roles with leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and G&A, including intake, calibration, sourcing, assessment, offer strategy and close.
• Advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design and decision quality.
• Build pipelines and run structured processes for Finance, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement and Executive Support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance and Legal; drive data-informed decisions.
