CoreWeave is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term basis. You’ll support Engineering hiring across EMEA, focusing on Monolith, CoreWeave’s Physical AI platform.

Your role involves full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, engaging with hiring managers and candidates alike. The position demands strong sourcing capabilities and an understanding of the technical landscape, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting experience, including experience hiring for technical or engineering roles.
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets, ideally including the UK and/or broader Europe.
• Comfortable recruiting for software engineering, data engineering, data science, or customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle hiring across a range of engineering and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements and build sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process from outreach through to offer.
