Job summary

CoreWeave is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in the United Kingdom to lead technical and engineering recruiting for high-growth AI infrastructure roles. You will build and lead a pod of recruiters, partnering with senior engineering leaders to translate hiring needs into effective pipeline strategy and ensuring consistent, data-driven hiring outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical/engineering recruiting experience, including people-management or team-lead capacity.
• Experience hiring technical/engineering talent at scale (software, AI/ML, infra).
• Proven track record leading a recruiting/sourcing team in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to translate hiring needs into sourcing strategy with data-driven rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of technical and engineering recruiters and sourcers.
• Own end-to-end hiring outcomes for technical/engineering roles across the org.
• Partner with senior engineering stakeholders to translate hiring needs into pipeline strategy.
• Establish a consistent operating cadence—pipeline reviews, capacity planning, reporting—across the team.
• Drive improvements in pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates using data.
• Coach and develop recruiters and sourcers to raise execution quality.
• Collaborate with People, Comp, and HRBP on leveling, offers, and calibration.
