Job summary

CoreWeave Europe is seeking a senior full-cycle recruiter to lead GTM and G&A hiring in a fast-growing tech environment. You will own intake, sourcing, assessments, offers, and closing, while shaping hiring plans with senior leaders.

You will also cover related G&A roles as bandwidth allows, building pipelines and delivering efficient, fair processes with strong candidate experience and market insight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including GTM (Marketing/Revenue) and G&A roles in high-growth tech or adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and G&A roles, including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy and close.
• Flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth permits, building pipelines and running structured processes for Finance, Legal, People Ops, IT, Procurement, and Executive Support.
• Advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality while running fair, structured processes.
• Drive pass-through quality with data-informed decisions, collaborating with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance and Legal.
