Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations - EMEA to own and scale the EMEA employment lifecycle across multiple countries. You will design scalable Workday processes, ensure data integrity, and lead a regional team reporting to the Director, Global People Operations.

This is a builder-and-operator role in a hypergrowth tech environment. You will partner with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, and IT to drive expansion readiness, automation, and AI-enabled improvements

Qualifications

• Workday HCM expertise design and data integrity.
• Experience leading lifecycle operations across multiple European countries.
• Ability to design scalable, automated processes and apply AI where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA employment lifecycle operations end to end across countries.
• Design Workday processes and ensure data integrity for the EMEA population.
• Build and lead the EMEA operations team with clear ownership and development.
