Job summary

Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Advisory to lead a high-impact pre-sales team in the UK region. You will align with sales leadership, allocate resources, mentor top talent, and demonstrate architectural integration and value to prospective clients.

You will drive pipeline, guide regional SA performance, and help Coupa scale best practices while strengthening operating margins for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a pre-sales role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate a strong team dynamic and work well with others.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment.
• Bachelor Degree required, with MBA or similar considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize SA performance and regional revenue attainment, pipeline development and customer success through active leadership.
• Coordinate the assignment, calendaring and prioritization of SA resources across their region.
• Strategize with regional sales leadership to align SA activities with priorities.
• Assist SA management with recruiting, training, developing and retaining top caliber talent.
• Provide role model technical and functional expertise during the sales process for key regional opportunities.
• Demonstrate how Coupa’s BSM meets client needs in individual contributor and coach/mentoring roles.
• Provide strong technical understanding of product architecture and integration during engagements.
• Share knowledge and scale best practices across the organization.
• Foster a positive team attitude and work ethic to maintain Coupa as a great place to work.
