We are growing our European Sales team and have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Cyber Security Sales team. We are a High-Performance sales organization, which is thriving from working with our customers – often Industry Leaders – solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations.

You will work closely with our technical experts to expand the value proposition towards your client and offer the full stack. You will lead cross-sell initiatives to existing platinum clients across multiple business initiatives. You will be regarded as a Business Leader and Problem Solver by your customer, in fact their trusted advisor on Cyber Security Solutions.

All successful candidates will be required to hold SC clearance or be eligible for vetting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results for the EMEA Region
  2. Grow pipeline through existing accounts and new logo accounts
  3. Work to close deals using selling best practices such as client call plans, close plans, and sales strategies
  4. Cultivate client relationships to foster further growth for DXC
  5. Address complex client business problems by applying Cyber Security offerings and developing compelling value propositions based on solid business cases
  6. Participate and collaborate with regional industry teams, account leaders, and other offering sellers
  7. Work closely with colleagues across other offerings to maximize DXC services and value to clients
  8. Create, drive, and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in a transparent and predictable manner, including weekly cadences and status reports
Relevant Skills & Experience
  • Proven sales experience and success in delivering or exceeding quotas
  • Demonstrable experience in Cyber Security services and product sales, with successful sales execution and client engagement
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Pre-existing network of clients and relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for client interactions
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills for listening and articulating solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel
