Senior Manager. Commercial and Market Access
Remote based position – Travel to EU HQ (Average 1-2 days monthly)
Ideal Localities: UK, Ireland, Netherlands (Possible considerations for) - Spain, Italy

Experience Background: Biotech (Or) Healthcare/Life Sciences Consultancy
Our client is an innovative advancing Biotech, with ongoing developments in studies that are aimed at transforming treatments of relative Neurological disorders.
As part of ongoing progression, they seek an experienced Senior Manager - Commercial & Market Access, with proven experience working on the US Market for a combination of unmet need indications. Experience aligned in Neurological conditions and/or CNS and Psychiatry relative would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
This is a great opportunity to be part of an evolving and innovative Biotech group, working closely with the Director of Commercial & Market Access. You will take a lead on tasks related to Commercial and Market Access strategies, with a focus on US business development.
The ideal candidate will have an autonomous and collaborative working style, a success-driven attitude, and be self-motivated to lead and drive tasks proactively.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
Market Access, Pricing strategy, Reimbursement
Model development and validation
Stakeholder engagement and research
Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies
Revenue forecasting using data and insights
Collaboration with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to support market access and commercialization in North America and Europe
Development of the company's product value story, integrating data and insights for payers, providers, patients, and investors
This position is operational remotely, with travel once a month to the EU HQ for meetings and team connectivity.
